Montsame is Mongolia’s official state owned news agency. Its name is derived from Mongolyn Tsakhilgaan Medee (Mongolian Electronic News). The agency was established in 1921. It publishes Mongolia Today magazine and Mongolia Messenger newspaper as well as publications in Russian, Japanese and Chinese.
