Juventud Rebelde
Juventud Rebelde, which means “Rebel Youth” in Spanish, is a newspaper published by the Young Communist League. It was established in 1965.
In 2024, we removed Juventud Rebelde from our database due to changes in the State Media Monitor methodology. It’s important to note that while the Communist Party in Cuba aligns itself with the state, party-run media outlets like Juventud Rebelde may not have direct links with the actual state apparatus, unlike the state-controlled media included in our database.
